As Prudential approaches a milestone anniversary, the timing was ideal to revitalize our brand to compete with emerging businesses while maintaining the legacy of a 150-year-old institution. As a core member of the brand evolution team, I helped guide the creation of new brand guidelines for Prudential, serving as the umbrella brand for both B2C advertising and the PGIM Investment business. These guidelines impact the company’s communications beyond the customer audience, targeting investors, media, and employees. I also led the socialization of the new brand standards to internal teams across the enterprise.
